Acting as a prop player for a poker site is similar to receiving rakeback except for a few small differences. First, with rakeback you typically get 20% to 35% of your rake paid back to you. As a prop player, you can receive as much as 100% of your rake, or sometimes even more than that! Second, you will be expected to start and/or save games. That translates to playing more short-handed tables. The agreement you make when signing up as a prop will detail this more fully.
